Wanda Haynes, Nurse Practitioner

Wanda Haynes, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 19 years of experience in healthcare. She has worked in a wide range of clinical settings, including family medicine, internal medicine, mental health, aviation medicine, asthma and allergy, urgent care and occupational medicine. Through her experience of educating and counseling patients, Wanda has provided health maintenance care, including annual physicals, and has taught positive behaviors and self-care skills to her patients. She has worked mostly with seniors for the advanced treatment of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes and brings this knowledge to her role at CenterWell where she gets more personalized time with patients. Her philosophy for patient satisfaction is trust and she strives to give patients what she would want her own family to receive. The words she lives by are “It is not quantity of life, but quality of life.” Wanda has a young son named Jaxon and has been a proud military wife for 17 years. She enjoys walking, swimming and traveling in her free time.
