Stacey Maier, FNP, joined CenterWell as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Maier earned a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois. She received an Associate Degree in Nursing from Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, Illinois.
Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Maier saw patients with Care More Primary Care Clinic and, previously, at Aspire Health Care as a family nurse practitioner for home-based palliative care patients. She values her interactions with older adults and connecting with them. “I feel privileged to do what I love,” she says. Empowering her patients, Care Team, and herself through correct information and continual learning summarizes her philosophy of care.
Ms. Maier chose healthcare of a passion for helping others and serving her community. She has given back as a licensed foster parent, vision and hearing screening volunteer for McLean County Unit 5 Schools, medical volunteer for Blooming Knockers Football Club, Wylie Football League board member, and St. Anthony Catholic Church Catechesis Instructor. In her free time, she enjoys books and being with family and friends.
