Dr. Marcella A. Tabor joined CenterWell as a board-certified family medicine specialist. Dr. Tabor completed her family medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AK. She earned her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Tabor decided early on in her childhood that she would follow in her father's footsteps when she eagerly accompanied him during his weekly house calls and help him around his physician practice. The unique experience of seeing her father care for his patients instilled in her the importance of listening to her patients and establishing a strong doctor-patient relationship focused on mutual respect and empathy. This is why she decided to join CenterWell: She felt that their integral approach to senior-focused care and the multidisciplinary team worked hand in hand to address all the factors involved in the patient's healthcare journey. Outside the office, Dr. Tabor enjoys exploring new countries or planning her next trip, as well as cheering on her favorite college football team, Notre Dame. She takes pride in being a college mom to her daughter, graduating from Wake Forest University.
