Majaz Ali Kha, D.O.

Dr. Majaz Ali Khan joined CenterWell as a board certified family medicine specialist. Dr. Khan completed a family medicine residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Stratford, New Jersey, in 2003, following a medical internship at the same institution in 2001. Dr. Khan earned his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York. He obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Sind Medical College, Karachi University, Pakistan.

Before moving to the U.S., he worked as a House Physician, Internal Medicine, and House Surgeon at Jinnah Post Graduate Medical in Karachi, Pakistan. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Dr. Khan worked as a family physician with Medical Associates of Houston Steward Medical Group. His hospital experience includes as a Team Health Hospitalist, Locum – Tenens with Memorial Herman in Sugar Land, Texas, and Family Medicine. Hospitalistwith Southeast Texas Medical Associates in Beaumont, Texas. He previously cared for older adults as a supervisor of multiple nursing homes. Dr. Khan finds working with seniors a very gratifying experience. He believes listening to his patients is crucial in improving their health and quality of life, a philosophy of care that aligns with CenterWell’s values.

Dr. Khan chose medicine to help people live their best lives. When not with his patients, heenjoys spending time with family, watching movies, and the outdoors.
