Lisa Holcomb is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 36 years of experience specializing in Adult Medicine and Gerontology. Lisa earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from Auburn University and the University of Tampa, and graduated Sigma Theta Tau as well as a National Honor Society member. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. In her role as APRN, Lisa understands how the senior-centered healthcare model offered at CenterWell benefits her patients by providing them with customized healthcare that yields better heath outcomes and a higher quality of life. What she enjoys most about coming into the center each day is being able to help her patients reach their healthcare goals, stay healthy and control chronic illnesses. Lisa believes in developing a CenterWellhip with her patients that is built on trust and compassion. This is why she always emphasizes the importance of taking her time to listen to her patient’s needs and concerns to really assess how to better support them along their health journey, while always following up after they’ve left their visit, to ensure their following their care plan. When she’s not at the office, Lisa enjoys traveling and exploring new cities, as well as exercising.
