Faustina B. Evans, Nurse Practitioner

Faustina Evans recently joined CenterWell bringing over 13 years of experience working in the healthcare field. She has a Master’s degree in Nursing and is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Faustina decided to follow her passion for helping people, which is why she chose a career in the healthcare industry. Faustina enjoys meeting her patients and taking the time to educate them about their health. She always ensures patient satisfaction by developing a relationship with each of her patients and treating them with respect. She believes in taking the time to listen to their concerns so that she can develop a truly personalized treatment plan that really addresses all their health needs. Faustina decided to join CenterWell, because she values their multidisciplinary team and integral approach to senior-focused primary care. Faustina is originally from a small village in Ghana, West Africa and she speaks Akan – Twi. Outside the office, Faustina enjoys reading with her book club.
