Erica Danielle Ware, APRN

Erica Ware, MSN, AGACNP-BC, ACHPN, joined CenterWell as a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. A graduate of the University of Tennessee and Vanderbilt University, Ms. Ware holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is a Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing inductee. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Ware worked with Emory Midtown Hospital, WellBe Senior Medical, and Pruitt Health. She has treated older adults as a CNA, ICU nurse, and transplant nurse practitioner. Her philosophy of care is education, and she loves how CenterWell wraps around every patient with resources and individualized care. Ms. Ware chose her career to help people understand their health and make informed decisions. Partnering with her patients, she learns from their rich histories and knowledge. Ms. Ware grew up in a military family. The eldest of three and a proud aunt of six, home is wherever they are together. She enjoys crafts, long walks, good books, movies, and being with family and friends.
