Dr. Isaac just joined our center in South Mountain, AZ as a board-certified physician with a specialty in Family Medicine. He is a graduate of the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine in Mexico, and completed a Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph´s Family Medicine Program in the U.S. His primary language is English, and he understands some Spanish.Dr. Isaac enjoys helping people, and that has driven his choice to become a doctor. “Life experience allowed me to see the impact a good doctor could have on someone’s life. Witnessing what compassion looks like in the right hands inspired me,” he explains. Before joining CenterWell, he was a Family Medicine resident at St. Joseph’s for three years, and then a Primary Care Physician at Havasu Regional medical Center for a year after that. When it comes to patient satisfaction, Dr. Isaac believes that caring makes all the difference, and “cannot be faked,” he explains. He describes his approach as listening to patients and family members’ concerns, spelling out a clear plan that can be followed, but most importantly, caring. “Patients can tell when a provider really cares.” he adds. Before joining CenterWell, most of his patients were seniors, which he finds are the best patients. His philosophy of care is a multidisciplinary approach that addresses the whole patient, tailoring care for each individual. Both his residency experience and his first year in practice have shown him the importance of teamwork, and Dr. Isaac says he was comfortable joining a team like CenterWell’s that provides comprehensive care for patients. When he isn’t working, Dr. Isaac enjoys spending time with his wife, Aleksandra and daughter, Sophia. He also loves traveling and playing tennis.
